Organicgirl was my first treat yourself. When I was a student and extremely poor, I sought out cheaper brands in order to save money except for special nights. I would go to the grocery and get my treat yourself lettuce (ALWAYS organic girl baby spring mix) and bask in the glory of quality sweet organic girl baby lettuces. I love you.

Dear organicgirl, Thank you for your baby spinach! I began my relationship with organicgirl baby spinach in 2017 after I was diagnosed with an Ejection Fraction Heart Failure Measurement of 25%. I was dying. I was not eating a lot of unhealthy food, but I was eating the wrong food for my body. After receiving the diagnosis I enrolled in a nutrition class. My husband attended the class because he does all of the grocery shopping. Immediately, we developed a plan to shop for foods that were low in sodium, sugar and to increase my green foods. By God’s grace he was led to organicgirl baby spinach. I loved the packaging and the taste. Instantly, I increased my usage of the spinach to seven days a week and twice per day. After a medical procedure was performed to normalize my heart rate, exercising six days per week and eating organicgirl seven days per week. I am doing great and my Ejection Fraction Heart Failure Measurement is normal! I love your baby spinach. Thank you for creating a product that was a crucial part of saving my life!

As a stage IV Ovarian Cancer survivor, OG has played an instrumental role of being able to remain cancer free (11.5 years). I believe high quality organic food sources, vegetables and fruits, exercise and the removal of processed foods are key. 11.5 years ago it was a challenge to find quality organic products. I first discovered Organic Girl when I worked at Whole Foods years ago. I noticed the unique packaging first, but also as a cashier noticed that the greens are always fresh. Most other brands contain at least a few wilting leaves, but I have never once seen one in an OrganicGirl package before it was opened. Which is so incredible! I don't know how you do it, but as a super picky produce buyer, it is much appreciated!

Growing up in my home I thought the only salad was made with iceberg lettuce. My mom liked this lettuce so much that she would sit on the couch with a ball of iceberg cut in half and set on a towel on her lap and dip it in mayonnaise like some sort of dessert. It was the only kind of lettuce she bought or maybe the only type available? I was thrilled with the crunch of fresh lettuce. It opened my eyes to the wonders of salad, and I started buying different types of greens and found they had a flavor all their own. Fast forward to my favorite Organic Girl salad makin’s. Could it be? A company that cares about greens! I couldn’t wait to dig in to a big batch of arugula. And imagine my excitement when I found I could add it to my Italian dishes like Insalata di Tonno e Fagioli which is a nice warm tuna salad with beans and arugula, or a special arugula sauce for pasta! The ideas with your greens are endless. I discovered your Baby Spinach mixed with Super Greens and sauteed makes a great base for Spanakopita too. I tell everyone I can of the wonders of these new great lettuce choices, and buy them all. Not only that, but the clam shell is great for mailing cookies so they don’t get broken! Hey Baby Girl, I hope you know how truly important you are to me in my life. I can chardly contain myself and felt the need to tell you that you are so very SUPER to me. You bring me so much joy and happiness whenever we get to spend time and eat dinner together. I have SUCH fond memories of us. My favorite memories are the ones where we get to enjoy Disney+ and Netflix k-dramas together. I also will never forget about all the lovely picnics we’ve had, even that day where we had to eat on the balcony because our picnic didn’t go as planned with the pouring rain. I know it’s super cheesy and you’re probably thinking… “Ar-u-gula get it together,” whenever I get sappy like this, but the truth is, you’re my bestest friend. Thank you for taking me as I am. I love organic girl brand baby Spinach. It's the only kind I will eat, honestly! I make special trips to Publix just to buy this Spinach because none of the other retailers in my area carry it. I refuse to buy any other kind though. It looks great, taste great, and just feels fresh. I use it in several different ways all throughout my week. I've even made "kermit" pancakes for my daughter using the Spinach. That one is a pretty great recipe by the way, look it up if you have kids who won't eat veggies.

My dear OG, I am so in love with your greens and could seriously bathe with them in my pool. I don't know how to express enough in words how much I love you.
