We made this last night, and loved it. I goofed, and didn’t put the syrup/Dijon on till after cooking, and it was still so good.

On first glance of this recipe the salmon should be put on PARCHMENT PAPER on the cookie sheet!! Trust me the salmon will stick to the pan and there goes the nice entree

thanks for the suggestion, Karen! using parchment paper is our favorite hack for easy clean up. did you get a chance to try the recipe?

Tried this for New Year’s Eve with family and it’s going to be a keeper for sure, no complaints. Very good and simple to make. Noticed one other say theirs stuck to the pan but followed the instructions and came out perfectly.

we’re happy to hear that, Tim! we strive to make our recipes tasty and easy to follow. could this recipe become a new year’s tradition? 🙂
